PROFORMAZIONE:
Coreutical Professional Training Project that comes from the experience of the Training and Production Authority
recognized by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities MIBAC, PROBALLET ITALIA. Directed by Sabrina RINALDI e
Marcello ALGIERS. The project proposes an academic professional training for dancers and art professionals
coreutica in order to train professionals able to respond to the needs of the labor market.
INTRODUCTION:
This "Academic" study of the art of dance, in its classical and modern-contemporary forms, arises
as a professional course. Pedagogy and Research are completed with a "arts management" course, per
preparing students for the world of work through a variety of stimuli and numerous trainings.
An analysis of the labor market at an international level, carried out by the PROBALLET Company, has allowed for
to respond effectively to requests for increasingly precise, differentiated, demanding and continuous technical skills
evolution. This awareness is the essential prerogative that a course of formation and improvement
must keep in mind, to be able to offer a didactic job that creates future professionals in the sector. The
Educational work must be targeted is an integral part of practical work. The subjects of study must
necessarily deepen and consolidate a solid foundation on which to build the profession of the tersicoreo artist. The
curriculum provides a rigorous study that ranges from academic technique to modern, contemporary,
to experimentation and improvisation.
THE WORK IS THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: to bridge the gap between the dancer-student and the artist ready for the stage
to combine with the world of work.
GENERAL PROJECT AND FEATURES:
Continuous project for the development and professional development of young artists in the sector
dance.
The project includes 2 distinct and structured departments.
 Professional training course structured in training and laboratory.
 Internship / interns:
The project is supported by a professional and qualified faculty that works through a work plan
academic.
Purpose:
- Encourage the achievement of high skills by young people, through interaction with different agencies
formative (Dance companies, Professionals of the sector and Teachers)
-to encourage the articulation of post-scholastic paths capable of maximizing employment and developing skills
necessary for competitiveness.
- strengthen the link between training, research and market needs.
The PROFORMATION project plays a central role in the construction of an act "dance system"
to optimize and develop a relationship of artistic and social interaction between the young dancers, the territory, the country and
the world.
WORK AND CREATION: The work program, developed in the LABORATORY section, will be of breath
international through the "contamination" and integration of many artistic disciplines to create opportunities and
cultural exchanges. Great attention will be paid to RESEARCH as a fundamental element to give meaning to
words DANCE and FUTURE, without however forgetting the traditions neither as regards the technique nor for how much
concerns sources of inspiration and research.
Starting from the basics of dance Laban, Graham and work in the diagonals, it will develop into a search for forms, dynamics
(action / reaction) and new languages. All aimed not only at technical development, but at artistic development e
culture of young dancers. It is essential to teach children the social value of their job, the great one

SELECTION PROCEDURE: Admission to the course is subject to passing an audition that will take place
before a jury. During the audition the candidates will perform a classical technique test e
contemporary as well as a motivational interview.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
The course aims to train and perfect dancers that meet the needs of the market (in large
evolution) of national and international dance.
Starting the work experience (SPECIALIZATION / LABORATORY).
The course was created with the aim of satisfying the growing demand on the part of student dancers for a reality
Qualified Formation who perfects and opens the door to the profession.
A psychological support is provided for the creation of strong, decisive and confident personalities, in the awareness of
own abilities and limits. The aim is to forge "healthy" artists, knowingly humble, generous, therefore, ready to
face professional work. Great attention will be paid to the security of the study and of future work. Thank you

EDUCATIONAL MODULES:
Classica classical technique (Vaganova and legato),
 modern techniques - Contemporary Ballet (laban),

PROGRAM 2019/2020:
 The training program will last 10 months, for 2 years and includes:
 Daily classes of classical and contemporary dance with the CAP-24100 teachers and with the dancers of the
Company.
Classi The classes will be customized to respect the physical and psychological characteristics of each and reach the
maximum result. Great attention will be paid to the "body tool" study to avoid errors
setting, primary cause of accidents and damages that do not allow to face the professional career
in a suitable and protected manner.
Atori Workshops with national and international guest lecturers.
 Collaborations with external parties for performances and shows.
 Introduction to the Company's repertoire
 Practical / performing activities in events shared with the Company, or entirely dedicated to the course.
 Study of expressiveness, dramatization, mime, interpretation. Essential qualities for understanding
and the development "of the Art" of ballet in order to avoid "fashions" that lead to forms of pure gymnastics
forgetting creativity and expression.
 The use and use of the IT and audiovisual media is of considerable importance, which will allow viewing
and study the technique by studying class recordings and watching movies.
INTERNSHIP / interns
l Internship, in collaboration with the professional dance training course and the PRO Ballet direct company
by Marcello Algeri is the new set of pre-professional dancers who work closely together on a daily basis
with the staff of the company of the same name directed by Sabrina Rinaldi and with professors and choreographers of the Company
Ballet
The project stems from the desire to offer young dancers a specific professional start-up program
through a path characterized by the alternation between intensive studies and work experiences. Internship, like
defined by the word itself, it also intends to open a constructive and reciprocal dialogue with the professionals of the
Company Opus Ballet, fundamental step to acquire a complete professional and artistic education.
PROGRAM 2018/2019:

 Performing activities in events shared with the Company, or entirely dedicated to the Internship.
 Study of bodily expression, dramatization, mime, interpretation.
 Study and memorization of choreographies in laboratories that will offer a direct understanding of the work of a
"Body of dance".
